The main grape variety is Sangiovese.

Our wines are produced in the picturesque region of Tuscany in Italy.

Due to the limited quantity of 3000 liters per year, Reimitz will sell in so-called lots.

Each lot consists of:
24 bottles of 0.75 liters each, 6 magnums (1.5 liters) and 1 double magnum (3.0 liters); Our wine is preferably sold in an entry-level size as a lot. Alternative packaging units are available.

The wine is aged for 25-27 months in Rovere.

"Rovere" is the Italian word for oak. Oak barrels are often used to age wine because they give the wine special aromas and structure. There are different types, such as French, American and Slavonian oak, which, depending on their origin, impart different flavor nuances such as vanilla , spices or coconut.

The wine is dry.

The wine is minimally sulphurized, the big advantage is that there are hardly any negative effects the day after consumption (e.g. headaches,...).

The optimal drinking temperature for Sangiovese wine is typically between 16°C and 18°C.

The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5% to 14%.

The wine is complex, full-bodied and powerful.

The wine has a quality level of IGT.
